1. If you cancel more than seven days before your booking date we will give you a full refund. If you need to cancel less than seven days and up to 24 hours from your booking time we will offer a full a 50% refund. Please note: all refunds are subject to a €5 administration charge.
  2. Please note: there are no refunds once you enter; the aim of The Asylum is to scare you, if you are too scared then we have done our job!
  3. Tickets must be presented either on your phone or printed, to gain access to The Asylum.
  4. All tickets are transferable.
  5. The bearer of a ticket purchased at Student Rate must provide their valid student ID for inspection.
  6. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct date and time, as a €5 administration fee will apply if you need to change the date of your booking. Booking changes will also be subject to availability.
